Lord, You are my best friend!

God, my teacher and my best friend, Restorer and Healer!

God – he is my teacher! He has taken me into his arms and embraced me.

God will restore me and give me what I was meant to have all along.

If I am honest with God about all, there is no deceit in my spirit. Even if I do sin, if I confess it He wipes it away with His blood – he cancels all of my debts Selah (pause and calmly think of that!)

God instantly forgives me, when I confess all to Him (continually unfolding the past until all is told) – this is the blessing of acknowledging and confessing your sin. Never try and hide it from God – always ask him to reveal it to you so you can be free!! Amen!!

As god has forgiven me, I can also forgive others – God gives me the power to do so!! In this way, I am free – the people who hurt me don’t owe me anything anymore, and the past no longer has a hold on me!! When this becomes revelation in your spirit and soul – you are truly free. He whom the Son sets free is free indeed!!

This kind of forgiveness, where I continually unfold the past until all is told (when God reveals it to me through His Word, conscience, inner witness etc) – then when the great waters of trial come (overflow) they shall not reach the spirit (foundation of my soul, depths of my being, energy/life force & power) within me.

These trials and temptations will not overcome me or cause me to fall and be ruined, because I am stable and have a true foundation – I am founded on the rock Jesus Christ!!

When I am lame god will repair and restore me!

God will bridge the gap – he helps me to stand – not to fall and be ruined – he does this by His awesome power.

Everyone else may fail me, but He will not!

Even those who should lead and guide me may at times hurt me and let me down, but the “ [i]Heavenly Shepherd” will not desert me! Amen!!

When I am lonely, and in a lonely and desolate place in my life, God is always with me, he will comfort me in these times – He is always with me.

When I am suffering loss or feeling deprived and lacking something, He suffers with me – He will fill the empty, hurting places in my soul and heal me!! Amen!!

When the devil rips me off ruthlessly of hope, joy, peace or anything else, God will get me through all the dark times – I am growing in these times because I am learning to put my trust in Him – He is my hope and joy.

Even when I am deprived of the aid and protection of others, especially friends, acquaintances, or kindred, God is with me – He will be my friend

When those close to me neglect me, and do not seem to give me the help or support that I need – when I feel unloved and unappreciated – then God will give me the love and appreciation that I need!!

Thank you Lord that you always supply what I am lacking in any other area – bereft of a human teacher has been taught by God. You Lord will restore the years that the locusts have eaten and give me back “double for my trouble” [1]

God is my teacher now, both now and forever more, and no one can teach a person like God can!!!

Lord you are my best friend - You deserve all the honour, glory and praise!!
