Exercising Moderation

I was praying today and I believe God gave me an important revelation on moderation. The key to moderation is realizing when we have had enough and stopping at that. Whether it's eating, spending, saying too much, acquirng too much, or how we spend our free time, all of us can step back from any situation and ask ourselves, "Am I done?"
