i fight all within me when in a moment of instant time
try to overcome snaky symptoms creep and crawl
knowing fully well time again - time again
you understand to walk smelly halls
great towards me

my mind so limited
my heart so big
to serve you my Lord
is why i live

yet i fight this vicious shame
the past keeps me in rusted chains

on the mountain I feel so invincible
in the valley i am so lost and low
my racing mind tells me many lies

your divine Spirit always rescues my life
from the pit and the grave

of my deepest shame
